There are two very nice resources available that will submit sites to your social bookmarking accounts almost automatically.



SocialPoster does not automatically autopost to other accounts. What SocialPoster does is allow you add links, tags and comments then populates a list of 40 different bookmarking sites for you to manually submit to. It is more work than OnlyWire however it does support more sites.
The social news web services are growing day by day. Digg, StumbleUpon, Reddit, Blogmarks, Netscape and many more exist and each one follows a different set of title, link and tags for successful submission.Social Poster will help you to do just that. You can enter the title, url and description and tags once for your blog post and then hit the “Generate” button, it’s ready for submission to 40 sites
Onlywire is truely an auto submission service. It will allow you to bookmark sites in sixteen different places with one account. Once you create an account with OnlyWire you then add your login information to various other services. After your account is created and you update your logins then you have to only submit sites in one place for it to be bookmarked in all of the services they support.

How Many Sites Can You Submit to?

Using both services you can submit to 53 different social boomarking sites in about 30 minutes after you have created accounts at all of the services. It may take you longer or you may can do it quicker. That is how long it took me.
I use the firefox browser and a pasword saving extention that does make the process faster.
A word of caution - If you use both services make sure you do not submit the same URL twice. Submit through OnlyWire then submit through SocialPoster. Just make sure to untick the sites that you have already submitted to.
